I can get insulted for no cost to me at all, so why should i continue to support a company which cant be bothered to help me with THE ONE THING i subsc4ibe to THEM for. A multi-million game dev/publishing company that cant be bothered to help its player-base resolve their technical issues which those players damn well payed for.what exactly are we paying for?! $50-$100 for a service where support personnel might as well tell me to * up a rope, or cry a river. Theres only a few reasons as to why "support" personnel relay customers to useless, unhelpful points of interest like EA's FAQ.because supposed "support" cant be bothered with a low level menial task like assisting an end user with a service/product. Pointing someone to a useless FAQ page (which would be better described as a FUAQ= FREQUENTLY UNANSWERED QUESTIONS).
So.am i to understand this to mean that EA doesnt care enough about its player base to actually investigate or look into a consumers complaint, concern, etc.? Thats how its coming across to me.
